Monday Muse: Frederikke Sofie

December 06, 2016

Our Monday muse for the week is Danish babe Frederikke Sofie. We.are.obessed.
Scouted at 14 (at a concert, no big deal) she’s currently represented by agencies in all major fashion capitals and has worked for all the heavy-weights including Chanel, Isabel Marant, Jil Sander, Céline, Miu Miu and Acne.
Which makes her a go-to choice for loads of fashion editors too, having been featured in i-D Magazine, Vogue, W Magazine, Another Man Magazine and Self Service. Have we mentioned she’s only 18?
Her biggest feature is clearly her gorgeous golden curly hair but her style does not fall behind! We love her cool laid back 70s with a nod to the 90s vibe not to mention her love of retro spectacles, she's got quite a collection. This babe has Scandinavian roots and it's clear when you see her flare for pairing contrasting decades and styles with ease.
Flared jeans, structured tailored jackets and simple tees are her base staples, as well as the essential 'model on duty' oversized handbag.
She gets a 10 out of 10 in our book.
Take a peak at some of her best looks below:
Frederikke is often pictured with neutral toned leather coats and the simplest 'it' bags of the season. She finishes her looks with her amazing aviator style specs.
A variation of her super cool glasses and simple hair and makeup.
Model off duty done right. She's pairing a trusty basic black tee with some loose fit mustard trousers and super sleek hair.
Frederikke for Céline, such a perfect combo! We're loving everything about this, specially the gold statement earrings in contrast with her casual (and gorgeous!) braided hair. She changed her classic specs for some sunnies here but looks as cool as ever.
She seems to share our love for tailored structures coats this season! This one looks super soft and features our favourite colours for winter style. She layered it on top of a classic combo: simple black tee and white high waisted jeans.
Winter street style expert: Frederikke paired a black jumper with striped flared black trousers, a caramel leather coat and simple accessories like her usual bag and grey wool scarf. She kept it simple with trainers, half-up-half-down hairstyle and her signature gold framed glasses.
This is probably one of our fave looks so far: flared denim jeans, black knit top and the most amazing trench coat. Frederikke styled it with sleek hair tucked into her shirt, some extra shiny black shoes and a camel oversized bag. Love it!
Supermarket sweep for Self Service Magazine. Notice how even in editorials she always has her glasses? That's how you know you have style.
As always, we love layering slip dresses on top of colourful tops. Frederikke does it right once again! She added some cool shades too.
Frederikke for Vogue Paris. We're loving these gorgeous shades of yellow and the not so subtle chunky jewellery! Her dewy makeup and natural curly hair finish up the look perfectly.
Another one of our favourites : a set of knit trousers and top paired with an oversized bag and, as usual, metallic aviator style specs.
