We are open Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 7pm and endeavour to get back to all emails within 4 hours. 

All our orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

All orders are shipped via CTT Portuguese Mail Services

Delivery time for UK orders is 3-5 working days from the dispatch date. 

UK orders are shipped via CTT - Portuguese Mail Services

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped to the address specified at the checkout.

UK Tracked Delivery

Our standard delivery postage fee for light weight items is - £4.00 

Heavy and Large goods  - £8.50

Large orders combining bulky and heavy items - £12.00

EU orders orders are shipped via CTT - Portuguese Mail Services

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped to the address specified at the checkout.

European Standard Delivery postage fee for light weight items is - £4.00

International orders are shipped via Priority Airmail and will require a signature upon arrival.
 Standard Tracked International Shipping is £8.00- 12.00 dependant on weight.

 Delivery is normally 6-12 working days after dispatch dependent on location.

YES! We ship worldwide if you are still unsure or worried about your postal address please feel free to email us at with any queries regarding shipping.


I'm a student, do you offer student discount? 
Yes! We offer 10% student discount to all students! Please email a copy of your student card ( clearly showing photo and expiry date to receive your exclusive discount code. Discount code must be applied at point of purchase. 

How do I return my order for a refund?

Items may be returned to us for a refund within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags still attached. Items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. All return postage costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend returning items via registered mail and obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post. To request a return please email us at stating your order number and reason for your refund request.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet...has my order been shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received the email after a few days  then we recommend checking your spam/junk box to see if it's hiding in there. If there is still no sign of it, send us an email and we'll look into it for you as soon as possible.


What delivery options do you offer Internationally?
We offer two international delivery services:
Standard International Delivery : Standard delivery, parcels not tracked. 
Recorded International Delivery: A tracked service. 
Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order and country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.
Delivery working days are classed as Monday to Friday. Weekends are not included, nor are UK Bank holidays. Therefore please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays as detailed below:
Jan 1st : New Year's Day
April 18th : Good Friday
April 21st : Easter Monday
May 5th : Early May Bank Holiday
May 26th : Spring Bank Holiday
August 25th : Summer Bank Holiday
December 25th : Christmas Day
December 26th : Boxing Day
